Job Summary:
Responsible for the installation of pipes riser, ensure smooth operation of the pump by constantly checking pipes and clamps condition during pouring and cleaning of pipes and pump after pouring.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure completeness of tools to be used before proceeding to the site by following the checklist.
- Responsible in the set-up of riser in the site before pouring. Make sure that the pipes and clamps are tight and properly installed.
- After completion of setup, thoroughly survey installed pipes and clamps for quality of work. Tighten/fix pipes and clamps not properly installed.
- When everything is done, inform the Pump Operator and Site Engineer for their final check-up of installation.
- While pouring is on-going, regularly and closely monitor condition of pipes and clamps, inform the operator for any leaks, pipe explosion or any defects incurred in the installation.
- Quickly troubleshoot problem, dismantle defective pipes, if necessary, to avert clogging of pipes.
- Dismantle riser after use. Ensure security pipes and clamps.
- Clean pipes and clamps after use.
- Perform other jobs required by the position.

Position Title : TRUCK MIXER DRIVER

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for fast and efficient delivery of good quality ready mix concrete to project sites in accordance to standard operating procedures and turn-around time for each project as established by the company.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Maintains cleanliness of assigned TM. Cleaning of truck is regularly done every after delivery of concrete. Ensures ball drum is free from hardened concrete at all times, clean ball drum with G1 before parking or whenever necessary. Close windows and door when vehicles are parked.
2. Ensures his assigned truck is in good running condition. Any untoward observation no matter how small it is, fill up a job report immediately report it to Maintenance for check/repair. No incident of major breakdown due to drove’s abuse.
3. Ensures that his assigned unit is equipped with all the necessary tools such as flash light and water tank filled with water for emergency purposes before exit from the gate.
4. Does final check of the truck, delivery receipts and clear sketch of route are secured
5. Ensures that slump is in good condition an within the desired slump before exit to CMI. Takes care of slump while in transit and up to slump is unloaded. While waiting to be unloaded coordinates with Service Engineer and Sampler on any problem or abnormalities incurred by the slump or when slump is already three (3) hours after batching and not yet unloaded.
6. Unloads the concrete based on the instructions of the service engineer and/or the client.
7. After unloading, be sure that the Delivery Receipt is given to Service Engineer or to the Project Engineer or t the Security Guard before leaving the Project site. No incident of DR not received in the site.
8. Drives the TM safely and defensively. Always aim for zero accident/incident. No incident of traffic violation. Driving is within the established speed standards.
9. Makes a written report on any incident or accident committed by the TM Driver within 24 hours after the accident/ incident to be submitted to immediate superior and copy furnished HRAD/Safety. Secure police report before assuming work.
10. Performs other duties as maybe required by the position.

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the batching of all scheduled pouring in accordance with the specifications indicated in the project schedule.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinates with the Dispatcher for the project schedules for the day. Secure a copy from the Dispatcher official copy of the project schedule for the day within minutes from the BPO’s time in. Changes verbally relayed are not entertained except in urgent cases but should be documented immediately.
- Confirms with the Dispatcher actual batching schedule based on the preparedness of the site as relayed by the Service Engineer.
- Confirms final design mix specified by the client/customer from Dispatcher before actual batching. Zero rejected load due to batching of wrong design,
- Operates the batch plant efficiently. Zero incident of batch plants breakdown due to inefficient handling and no incident of error in design mix due to non-monitoring of codes on the computer screen.
- Operates simultaneous operation of Kabag and the Batch Tech, if necessary as instructed by immediate superior.
- Manually operates Kabag and Batch Tech when automatic operation is not possible.
- Regular monitors condition of the batch plants and coordinates problems with the Maintenance Department immediately.
- Assist the plant man in maintaining cleanliness in the batch plant area after batching. No incident of setting of concrete due to delayed cleaning
- Ensures that daily production report is available 8 AM the following day.
- Ensures that daily materials consumption report based on actual production is available every 8 AM the following day.
- Ensure to inform the Plant man for any request from the Checker on the checking of the silo position to determine level content prior to unloading of fly ash or cement.
- Performs other duties as maybe required by the position.
