    Job Description: The Treasury Accountant is responsible for supporting the treasury operations of the company, including cash management, financial planning, and risk management. This role involves managing daily treasury activities, monitoring cash flow, ensuring liquidity, and supporting financial transactions. The Treasury Staff plays a key role in optimizing the company’s financial resources, ensuring efficient cash management, and maintaining accurate financial records. Duties and Responsibilities:
    1. Cash Management:
      • Monitor daily cash positions and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for the company's operations.
      • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts and reports.
      • Process and manage daily cash transactions, including bank deposits, wire transfers, and other cash-related activities.
    2. Banking Relationships:
      • Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to facilitate banking transactions and services.
      • Assist in negotiating terms and conditions for banking services, including fees, interest rates, and credit facilities.
      • Ensure compliance with banking agreements and covenants.
    3. Payment Processing:
      • Process and review payments, including vendor payments, payroll disbursements, and other financial transactions.
      • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments to avoid late fees and penalties.
      • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
    4. Financial Risk Management:
      • Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, including interest rate risk, foreign exchange risk, and credit risk.
      • Develop and implement risk management strategies, such as hedging instruments and insurance policies, to protect against adverse financial events.
      • Monitor and report on financial risk exposures and recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies to management.
    5. Treasury Operations:
      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of treasury transactions and activities.
      • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to treasury operations.
      • Assist in the development and implementation of treasury policies and procedures.
    6. Compliance and Reporting:
      • Prepare and submit required regulatory and compliance reports related to treasury activities.
      • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
      • Coordinate with internal and external auditors for treasury-related audits.
    7. Support and Coordination:
      • Collaborate with other departments, such as accounting, finance, and procurement, to ensure seamless financial operations.
      • Provide support for special projects and initiatives related to treasury activities.
      • Assist in the development and implementation of treasury systems and technology solutions.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 1-2 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting.
    • Strong understanding of cash management, financial analysis, and banking operations.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
    • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy and integrity.

      1. Ensure that the scheduled testing is accommodated, and client’s is secured and comfortable.
      2. Evaluate the concrete samples from curing ponds/tanks.
      3. Shall secure the concrete samples from extraction from curing tanks/ponds to travelling to testing center.
      4. Fill up the correct information of concrete samples to Testing Request Form of Third Party Testing center.
      5. Coordinates with the Third-Party Testing center staff on proper handling concrete samples.
      6. Checking the calibration of the machine, and operational procedures of the compression machine.
      7. Verify if the information is correct in test report before the acceptance.
      8. Ensure that the service vehicle meet the PMS and always clean.
      9. Performs other duties that may be required by the position

        JOB SUMMARY: The Safety Officer shall be responsible for identifying occupational hazards and risks, formulation of policies and procedures that will address occupational health and safety concerns as well as implementing and sustaining occupational health and safety practices in the company. He/She must be able to comply and align the OSH regulatory and statutory requirements to the company goals and culture. It is also his/her duty to always ensure safe working environment and prevent any injuries and accident that can be prevented through preventive actions and work empowerment. JOB DESCRIPTION:
        • Development, implementation and sustenance of Occupational Health and Safety program, policy and procedures of the company; inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or policy non-conformity.
        • Conduct risk assessment on the company activities, observe hazardous works, report and investigate incidents and near-misses.
        • Develop and conduct safety inspections to evaluate the effectiveness of the Safety Programs.
        • Understand all local safety codes and requirements (OSH, Fire Code, National Building Code, etc.); Direct and monitor compliance to local occupational health laws; assesses any issues confronted and formulate a solution which is not only functional but economically feasible and practicable.
        • Conduct Mandatory OSH 8-hour Training for Workers, orient new employees on company OSH policy and procedures, and lead other OSH related meetings, trainings and activities.
        • Serves as secretary to the Health and Safety Committee and comply to Bureau of Working Condition (BWC) and/or department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) reportorial requirements.
        • Report and monitoring of OSH Compliance, daily monitoring forms, work permitting and other reportorial requirements mandated by the IMS policy and the law; and
        • Other activities that may require by the EHS Manager, and/or Chief Compliance Officer.
        JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

          Position Title : TRANSIT MIXER (TM) DRIVER Department : Operations Department Reports to : Operations Manager Supervises : None Coordinates with: Internal: Dispatcher, Service Engineer, BPO, Plant man, Sampler, Maintenance Staff External: Project Engineer, Inspector, Sales, partners and other clients JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for fast and efficient delivery of good quality ready mix concrete to project sites in accordance to standard operating procedures and turn-around time for each project as established by the company. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
          1. Maintains cleanliness of assigned TM. Cleaning of truck is regularly done every after delivery of concrete. Ensures ball drum is free from hardened concrete at all times, clean ball drum with G1 before parking or whenever necessary. Close windows and door when vehicles are parked.
          2. Ensures his assigned truck is in good running condition. Any untoward observation no matter how small it is, fill up a job report immediately report it to Maintenance for check/repair. No incident of major breakdown due to drove’s abuse.
          3. Ensures that his assigned unit is equipped with all the necessary tools such as flash light and water tank filled with water for emergency purposes before exit from the gate.
          4. Does final check of the truck, delivery receipts and clear sketch of route are secured
          5. Ensures that slump is in good condition an within the desired slump before exit to CMI. Takes care of slump while in transit and up to slump is unloaded. While waiting to be unloaded coordinates with Service Engineer and Sampler on any problem or abnormalities incurred by the slump or when slump is already three (3) hours after batching and not yet unloaded.
          6. Unloads the concrete based on the instructions of the service engineer and/or the client.
          7. After unloading, be sure that the Delivery Receipt is given to Service Engineer or to the Project Engineer or t the Security Guard before leaving the Project site. No incident of DR not received in the site.
          8. Drives the TM safely and defensively. Always aim for zero accident/incident. No incident of traffic violation. Driving is within the established speed standards.
          9. Makes a written report on any incident or accident committed by the TM Driver within 24 hours after the accident/ incident to be submitted to immediate superior and copy furnished HRAD/Safety. Secure police report before assuming work.
          10. Performs other duties as maybe required by the position.
